OZONE LAYER PROTECTION ORDINANCE - SECT 15

Prosecutions

(1) Prosecutions for offences under this Ordinance may be brought in the name
of the Director or the Commissioner of Customs and Excise.

(2) A complaint or information in respect of an offence under this Ordinance
shall be made or laid within 6 months after the time the matter of the
complaint or information first came to the knowledge of the Director, the
Commissioner of Customs and Excise or an authorized officer. (Enacted 1989)
