OZONE LAYER PROTECTION ORDINANCE - SECT 8

Appeal to Administrative Appeals Board

(1) A person who is aggrieved by a decision made in respect of him by the
Director under section 5, 6 or 7 or under provisions of the regulations that
may be specified to be subject to an appeal under this section may, within 28
days after receiving notice of the decision, appeal to the Administrative
Appeals Board.

(2) The Director shall take such action as is necessary to give effect to the
Administrative Appeals Board's decision. (Enacted 1989. Amended 6 of 1997 s.
